PhD in Computational Neuroscience from The Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot, Israel

My background is that of Physics, having completed my B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics at the Israeli Institute of Technology, also known as the Technion, in Haifa, Israel. I then completed my Master and PhD at the lab of Prof. Misha Tsodyks, at the Weizmann Institute of Science, in Rehovot, Israel. My work considered a model for information processing in the primary auditory cortex, which was a product of a fruitfull collaboration with Prof. Israel Nelken, from the Hebrew University, in Jerusalem, Israel, as well as developing a new approach for studing the stochastic responses of cortical synaptic transmission.

Currently I am collaborating with the lab of Prof. Henry Markram, at the EPFL, Lausanne, Swizterland.
