Research topics

  • Neural basis of human sound localisation and reverberation suppression
  • Sonar object recognition in bats
  • Pitch perception

Scientific approach

I use aligned methods of rigid psychophysical experiments, electrophysiological recordings from anaesthetized or awake and behaving animals.

Experimental results are supported by detailed numerical simulations of auditory processing.
